Shipping policy

We ship everything out within the ship by date when purchasing through USPS. (Usually 2-4 days) However, once an item is shipped it is out of our control and up to USPS to make prompt delivery. We are not responsible for lost mail, damaged mail or failure to deliver due to USPS.

We are not responsible for any orders wrongly delivered due to incorrect mailing addresses.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Empowered Goods is not responsible for delays due to customs.
