Shipping Policy
We ship everything through USPS and do our best to ship everything out within 2-4 business days. However, once an item is shipped it is out of our control and up to USPS to make prompt delivery. We are not responsible for lost mail, damaged mail or failure to deliver due to USPS.
We are not responsible for any orders wrongly delivered due to incorrect mailing addresses. Please double check your address before placing your order.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Empowered Goods is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refund Policy
We totally get the need for returns from time to time!
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopempoweredgoods.com. Return shipping labels are not provided.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon receipt contact us immediately if you believe the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders, personalized items, sale items, etc). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
